Q: Is there any way I can get your prints in other sizes?
A: Certainly! You can order prints in various sizes from my deviantArt page. They offer a wider range of sizes than what I can offer myself, however they are printed through their facilities and I have no control over the prints they produce. That said I have tested some prints through them and they are very nice and high quality.
Q: I still can’t find a print of yours in the size I want, is there another option?
A: Feel free to get in contact with me and I can certainly try and help ya out!
Q: Do you take commissions?
A: I sure do! Feel free to shoot me an email and I’ll put together a quote for you!
Q: I have a great idea for a collaboration, will you work with me?
A: That sounds like fun! You can certainly email me with your plan however I can’t guarantee I’ll be able to accept the project.
Q: Are you open to trades?
A: Not really, but get in touch with your proposal and I will consider it.
Q: Your t-shirts are cute but you don’t have the size I want, will you be restocking?
A: Unfortunately I will not be restocking. My shirts are usually limited edition runs of 50-100 shirts. That makes them super rare and unique.
Q: Can you ship to my Country?
A: Yes! Recently I updated my store to allow orders worldwide. However if you have any difficulties with ordering online feel free to email me and I can help you out!
Q: What is “In-Store Pickup?”
A: Great Question! This is a new option for local folks who want to swing by and pick up their merchandise directly from me. This way they do not need to pay for shipping. If you live near Milwaukee, Wisconsin, than this might be a good way to get my artwork without paying for shipping. I don’t actually have a physical store so I understand how this could be confusing. But I welcome anyone who is interested in my work to swing by and see it for themselves, or just to nerd out and play some pinball <3. Please contact me to arrange a time to meet and I will let you know my personal address. “In-Store Pickup” does not mean I will deliver your items for free. If you are uncomfortable meeting me at my home address, it might be best to actually pay for shipping.
Q: I don’t like your online store, can I just email you my order?
A: That’s a shame, but I understand, and Yes! You may email me your order and I can help figure out a solution for you.
Q: Do you offer any bulk deals?
A: Possibly! Please email me what you have in mind!
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds unless the merchandise is damaged, defective, or a wrong item was sent by mistake. However in those cases the items will be replaced rather than refunded. I will offer a refund in the event that an item cannot be replaced.
